Why Join Carthage Area Chamber

The Carthage Area Chamber of Commerce provides service to Chamber members, tourists, prospective businesses, and residents. Chamber members benefit from the up-to-date Chamber website, Chamber Facebook page, and monthly Chamber highlights in the local newspaper. Marketing for Chamber members also includes weekly e-mail notifications, monthly Chamber meetings, and quarterly networking functions such as the Chamber After-Hours.

Chamber members have access to the resources available from the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and other professional organizations. Members of the Chamber of Commerce serve as mentors to the Illini West High School Jr. Chamber members and establish a working relationship for community service, retail, and tourism.

Voting membership allows Chamber members to have a stake in community events such as the 4th of July Celebration and the Christmas Open House. Members of the Carthage Area Chamber of Commerce strive to promote retail and tourism for the betterment of Carthage and the surrounding communities.
