Carthage Industrial Development Corporation (CIDC) was formed in 1969 for the purpose of enhancing Carthage’s development potential. From the bringing of Methode to Carthage in 1975, to enabling it to expand onto nearby property, CIDC has been doing just that. Now, with a 4-lane highway coming from the south and going east, CIDC has parcels of land near the highway expanding Carthage’s business sector. It’s an exciting time for Carthage development!
