
Kibbe Hancock Heritage Museum
Located across the street from the “Old Carthage Jail”, the Kibbe Hancock Heritage Museum houses treasures from archaeology, biology, education, ephemera, farming, fashion, military, Native Americans, religion, technology, textiles, toys, towns, and cities. Special exhibits include “Lincoln: The Making of a Man” and “Memorial Hospital: Celebrating the Past!”

Summer Hours (starting in March) are Monday-Saturday, 12 PM to 4 PM, and 1 PM to 4 PM on Sundays (check their website for any updates). Closed January and February as well as holidays.
