The Legacy Theater hosts Symbolica

As part of the Blue Lake International Exchange Program, The Legacy Theater will host Symbolica Flag Dancers from Genk, Belgium with a performance on July 15, 2025, at 7 PM. Vlaggendansgroep Symbolica is a youth association that combines contemporary dance with flags. Symbolica brings an attractive program of flag dance where the excitement of moving flags comes together with the robustness of the musical rhythm that propels them towards innovative horizons. Symbolica consists of fifty boys between the ages of 11 and 18 years old. They have hosted Blue Lake since the beginnings of the program in 1970’s and travel to the United States frequently. Carthage and Hancock County have been proud partners with the Blue Lake International Exchange Program since 2013.
