The Carthage Fire Department’s annual pancake and sausage breakfast will be held Sunday, Jan. 29 from 7 am to 1 pm at the Carthage Fire Station, 122 S. Adams Street. The all-you-can-eat breakfast features pancakes, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Adult admission is $10, kid admission for ages 3-12 is $5, and children under age 2 eat free.
